1. Payment should be made 100% in advance before time of installation.
2. Payment should be made in shape of Cash/Cheque/UPI/DD in favor of D-BALK PROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
3. Any complaint regarding software will be complying within 1 hour from the complaint time through online or within 24 hours physically.
4. Services like Installation, Training and Support are valid for 1 year from the date of installation.
5. Renewal charge is applicable for the subsequent year after 1 year of installation date.
6. The above rates are full from our side along with software License, Electronic support & up gradations for one year. Maximum 3 onsite visits in a year will be free of cost.GST @18% will be charged extra.
7. Prices are excluding of tax. Local tax (GST 18%), Freight is applicable as extra.
8. Work will proceed after getting a purchase order from your end.
9. Check all your queries & requirement before order.
10. We are not doing customer wise development.
11. Once Order placed cannot be cancel and not refundable.
12. No warranty or service will be provided on your data. Data backup both internal and external at your end is a must
13. We don’t take any responsibility regarding your operating system, networking software and any third party software. However we can help you for the same with our external hardware service provider with professional charges if required.
